The Tver court of Moscow stood on the side of the Prosecutor General the issue of disclosure of 11 Soviet prosecutors who were part of the NKVD Troika. Previously, the community memorial requested information to create a dictionary which would contain all biographies of the members of the triples. But the Prosecutor's office said that they can not provide information without the consent of the heirs.

The court determined a preventive measure to the son of the ex-prime minister of Georgia

On August 4, the Tbilisi city court issued a preventive measure to the son of the former Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Zhvania, Bessarion Zhvania, and awarded him detention. The defense at the meeting demanded his release on bail in the amount of 50,000 lari, which the court did not agree with. According to the prosecutor's office of Georgia, Bessarion (Busa) Zhvania is accused of trying to intentionally kill the grandson of Georgian businessman Gogi Topadze Levan Topadze. In the house of the latter, which the prosecutor's office recognized as injured, Busa Zhvania stabbed Levan Topadze several times, as a result of which he is still in serious condition, in intensive care, after several operations. Busa Zhvania himself received minor injuries, but the Topadze family suspects that the defendant himself inflicted these injuries.
