Lukashenko on the situation in Belarus: We will not give the country to anyone

The authorities of Belarus will not allow anyone to swing the situation in the country. This was announced by BelTA on August 15 by head of the country Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting at the Center for Strategic Management in the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.

The court determined a preventive measure to the son of the ex-prime minister of Georgia

On August 4, the Tbilisi city court issued a preventive measure to the son of the former Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Zhvania, Bessarion Zhvania, and awarded him detention. The defense at the meeting demanded his release on bail in the amount of 50,000 lari, which the court did not agree with. According to the prosecutor's office of Georgia, Bessarion (Busa) Zhvania is accused of trying to intentionally kill the grandson of Georgian businessman Gogi Topadze Levan Topadze. In the house of the latter, which the prosecutor's office recognized as injured, Busa Zhvania stabbed Levan Topadze several times, as a result of which he is still in serious condition, in intensive care, after several operations.
