Higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan will return to full-time education in the second semester. On September 5, citing a statement by the press secretary of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Farkhod Babashev, Sputnik reports. The restoration of the traditional format of training in universities of Uzbekistan is scheduled for January-February next year, when the second semester begins, Babashev said.
