At the end of the summer, the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Russian Federation announced that a new version of the State Services portal was being developed, which will be presented to users this fall. In this regard, the Information Agency decided to promise with experts to find out their opinion about the service, which has become familiar to tens of millions of Russians. The court determined a preventive measure to the son of the ex-prime minister of Georgia

On August 4, the Tbilisi city court issued a preventive measure to the son of the former Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Zhvania, Bessarion Zhvania, and awarded him detention. The defense at the meeting demanded his release on bail in the amount of 50,000 lari, which the court did not agree with. According to the prosecutor's office of Georgia, Bessarion (Busa) Zhvania is accused of trying to intentionally kill the grandson of Georgian businessman Gogi Topadze Levan Topadze. In the house of the latter, which the prosecutor's office recognized as injured, Busa Zhvania stabbed Levan Topadze several times, as a result of which he is still in serious condition, in intensive care, after several operations.
