Moscow school students will return to schools in September without the traditional rulers-the authorities of the city decided not to hold mass events to reduce the risk of infection of children with coronavirus. In most schools there will be new rules: there will abolish the Cabinet system, limit the work of the cafeterias and will offer to all teachers to vaccinate. Students will be allowed not to wear masks, if their parents will be against it.
