The foreign Ministers of Russia, India and China held talks in an online format. The dialogue was held, despite military clashes on the Indian-Chinese border. Russia does not seek to try on the role of peacemaker in this conflict, but a quarrel between Beijing and new Delhi is a serious challenge for Russian diplomacy.
