Aeroflot delivered more than 205 million protective masks from China to Russia in April


Aeroflot has delivered about 205.2 million medical masks from China to Russia since the beginning. This was reported by RNS press secretary of the company Julia Spivakov. According to him, during the period from April 6 to April 28, the air carrier performed 54 cargo charter flights from China, almost 100% of the cargo were masks and personal protective equipment. It is reported that by the end of the month it is planned to carry out 11 more flights. In total, about 250 million masks are expected to be delivered by Aeroflot flights in a month. According to the news agency, last week the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said that more than 12 million masks are used daily in Russia, one third of which are currently purchased in China.
