More than 3.7 thousand people are infected with coronavirus in the United States


The number of detected cases of coronavirus COVID-19 in the United States exceeded 3.7 thousand, with the number of deaths reaching 69, reported on March 16, Johns Hopkins University, officially leading the statistics of the disease based on federal and regional data. In particular, at 16:00 Moscow time (9:00 in the USA) the disease was detected in 3,774 people. It is noted that there may be much more cases, as not all residents of the country are examined. According to the news agency, on 11 March, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the situation with coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. About 153,000 people have been infected in the world, of whom 5.7 thousand have died.
